About Us
We are Boise’s only year-round day shelter. Our mission is to ease the burden of being homeless. We provide a place for people to get out of the weather, take a shower, wash their laundry, pick up mail, use the phone, eat, and be part of a community. We believe that each person is made in the image and likeness of God deserving of respect and human dignity.
Corpus Christi House in Boise, Idaho is a daytime drop-in homeless shelter that comes out of the tradition of Dorothy Day and her Catholic Worker movement and has expanded with participation and support from local churches of various denominations. We are a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit corporation whose mission is to serve the homeless.

One of the amazing things about Corpus Christi House is that we rely heavily on donations to run our daily operations. There is no way we could provide for the needs of the homeless without the generous people who remember us.
